How We Handle Your Information

Endless Pawsabilities, LLC (“Endless Pawsabilities,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, www.endlesspaws.net (the “Website”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Information We Collect

Information You Give Us

Contact form / general inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us.
Training Intake Form: information about you and your dog relevant to training (e.g., breed, age, behavior goals). This form does not ask for your dog’s health or medical history.
Fitness & Rehab Intake Form: because our fitness and rehabilitation services are provided in collaboration with your dog’s veterinarian, this form does collect health and medical history about your dog that we need to build a safe, effective training and rehab plan.
Email sign-up: if you sign up to hear about upcoming classes and activities, we collect your email address (and name, if you provide it) through Mailchimp.
Text messages: if you give us a mobile number, we keep it on your account along with whether you have agreed to receive text messages from us.
Your account: your name, email address, phone number and mailing address, your password (never stored as readable text), and the choices you make about reminders, texts, emails and photos.
Your dogs: each dog’s name, breed, birthday and any notes you add, the rabies certificates and other vaccine records you upload, and the veterinary clinic you name for each dog.
Agreements and forms: the Customer Agreement and any other forms you fill in or sign online. When you type your name as a signature, we record the date, the time and your device’s internet address with it.
Your dog’s visits: your bookings and purchases, attendance, and the session notes and photos our staff write after lessons, classes, fitness and rehab visits.
Your dog’s vet: the clinic you name can see that your dog is a patient here and can sign consent forms for your dog. Your dog’s session notes are shared with the clinic only if you turn on “Share with my vet” on your Dogs page, and you can turn it off at any time.

Information Collected Automatically

We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how visitors use our Website — pages viewed, general location, device/browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate, technical information; we do not use it to identify you personally.

Bookings & Payments

Scheduling for classes and services happens through your account on this Website. Card payments are processed by Stripe in Stripe’s own secure checkout window under Stripe’s privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

How We Use Your Information

Respond to your questions and requests
Schedule and provide training, fitness, and rehab services
Build and administer your dog’s training or rehab plan, including coordinating with your dog’s veterinarian when we’re working together on a rehab case
Send you email updates about classes and activities, if you’ve signed up to receive them
Text you reminders and schedule changes for your own bookings, if you have asked us to — we never send marketing or promotional texts
Understand and improve how people use our Website

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With your dog’s veterinarian, when we’re collaborating on a fitness or rehab case. Your dog’s session notes go to the clinic only if you turn on “Share with my vet” on your Dogs page.
With service providers who help us operate, each under their own privacy terms: Mailchimp (our mailing list), Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel (site statistics and advertising), Stripe (payments), QuickBooks (receipts and bookkeeping), Postmark (email delivery), Twilio (text-message delivery), Google Workspace (our business email and calendar), and our hosting providers SiteGround and Railway. Your mobile number and your text-message consent go only to Twilio, so that it can deliver the texts you asked for
If required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Endless Pawsabilities or others

Text Messages (SMS)

We only text you if you agree to it — by ticking the text-message box when you create your account, by turning on Reminder texts on your profile, or by telling us you agree when we set up your account with you in person or by phone. Endless Pawsabilities texts you about your bookings: appointment reminders, cancellations and schedule changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also turn off Reminder texts on your profile, or contact us, at any time.

Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with the subcontractors that support our messaging, such as our text-message delivery provider, is permitted only so that we can send you the texts you asked for. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies

Our Website uses a small number of cookies:

Sign-in (needed to use your account). When you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. If you tick “Trust this browser”, another cookie remembers that browser for 180 days so we do not have to email you an approval each time.
Security. Our web host sets a cookie that tells real visitors apart from automated traffic.
Visit statistics and advertising. Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel set cookies that record how visitors use the Website and how they found it — for example, from one of our Facebook ads.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking the statistics and advertising cookies won’t stop you from using the Website, but you do need cookies turned on to sign in to your account.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep the information described above for as long as we need it to provide our services and maintain accurate client and patient records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete what we are not required to keep — payment, tax and signed-agreement records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your Choices

Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text, or by turning off Reminder texts on your profile.
Opt out of Google Analytics using the link above.
Contact us at colleen@endlesspaws.net to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or request that we delete it. We’ll respond as promptly as we can.

Children’s Privacy

Our Website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

Our Website may link to other sites, including Stripe (payments). This Privacy Policy applies only to Endless Pawsabilities’ Website — please review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted here.
