This Website, www.endlesspaws.net (the “Website”), is operated by Endless Pawsabilities, LLC (“Endless Pawsabilities,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

About This Website

The Website provides information about our dog training, canine fitness, and physical rehabilitation services in Hurricane, WV and the surrounding Charleston/Huntington area, including occasional custom-built virtual classes. It is also where you create your account and buy, book and manage our services.

Not Veterinary or Medical Advice

Content on this Website — including our blog, class descriptions, and any advice shared here — is for general informational purposes only and is not veterinary or medical advice. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by your dog’s veterinarian. Always consult your veterinarian about your dog’s health, medical conditions, or medication. Our rehabilitation and fitness services support, but do not replace, veterinary care, and are provided alongside — often on referral from — your dog’s veterinarian.

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from any class, training program, or rehab/fitness plan. Every dog is different, and progress depends on many factors outside our control.

Bookings & Payments

Scheduling and payment for our services are handled through your account on this Website. Card payments are processed by Stripe in Stripe’s own secure checkout window; we never see or store your card number. Use of Stripe’s checkout is subject to Stripe’s terms. Our Policies (cancellations, refunds and packages) and the Customer Agreement you sign when you create your account also apply to every booking.

Text Messages (SMS)

Endless Pawsabilities sends text messages about your own bookings to customers who ask for them. These terms cover that program.

  • What we text: a reminder the day before anything you have booked — a private lesson, class, rehab or fitness visit, boarding stay, Day Rehab day, building rental or tub session — and a notice when a booking or class date is cancelled or rescheduled (including make-up dates). Texts may include a link to your account. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
  • How to join: tick the text-message box when you create your account, turn on Reminder texts on your account profile, or tell us you agree when we set up your account with you in person or by phone. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • How often: message frequency varies with your bookings.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to join again. You can also turn off Reminder texts on your profile.
  • For help: reply HELP to any message, call or text 304-586-6013, or email colleen@endlesspaws.net.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text, images, and other content on this Website belong to Endless Pawsabilities or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You are welcome to view and share pages from our Website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. To request permission, email colleen@endlesspaws.net.

Acceptable Use

When using our Website, you agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or data-mine the Website
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website
  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endless Pawsabilities is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Putnam County, West Virginia, and you agree to that venue and jurisdiction.
